Notice to Apple Users
For users who access the "Radioonline.al" Service through devices manufactured by Apple, Inc. ("Apple"), such as iPhone or iPad, or through the Apple App Store, it is important to understand that this Agreement is made between you, the user, and "Radioonline.al", not Apple. As a result, Apple is not responsible for the software or content provided through the "Radioonline.al" Service.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services in relation to the "Radioonline.al" App. If the App fails to meet any warranty obligations, you have the right to notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the App. However, apart from this, Apple is not obligated to provide any warranty service related to the "Radioonline.al" App, in accordance with the applicable law's limitations.
Moreover, Apple is excluded from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses that may relate to any failure of the "Radioonline.al" App to meet any warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Claims related to product liability or consumer protection laws or similar legislation.
- Claims that the App fails to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements in any jurisdiction.
Apple also has no responsibility for investigating, defending, resolving, or settling any claims that the "Radioonline.al" App, or your use of it, infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights. This provision remains the same in the case of copyright violations or other claims mentioned earlier in this document.
By using the "Radioonline.al" App, you agree to comply with any terms and conditions set by third parties, which may include, but are not limited to, the Apple App Store Terms of Service. This notice aims to clarify the roles and responsibilities of Apple in relation to the "Radioonline.al" Service and ensure that you, as the user, are fully informed of your rights and Apple's responsibilities under this Agreement.
