The 1st Annual Pan-African Food Festival is in the works. For the first time ever, diners will enjoy a true Pan-African table, with food and and wine from places like Ethiopia, Jamaica, Morocco, New Orleans, Nigeria, Atlanta, Belize, New York, South Africa, Cuba, Brazil, Haiti, Kenya, Barbados, London, Egypt, Ghana, Senegal, Puerto Rico, and Angola. Hosted by B. Francis Clark, this podcast will feature international chefs, authors, and foodies, and chronicle the historic production of the tastiest, spiciest, and most overdue food festival there has ever been.
